We’ve always been committed to repair and keeping your gear on the trail, and we’ve streamlined the process to make keeping your gear rolling even easier.

Revelate Repairs is our commitment to keeping your gear on the trail and out of the trash. From small fixes to full refurbishments, all repairs are done in-house by our expert Bike Bag Recovery Team.

How It Works

1. Submit a Repair Request: Share details about your gear and our team will assess the damage and provide a quote.

2. Send It In: Once your repair is approved, ship your clean gear to us, and we’ll get to work.

3. Back on the Trail: We’ll return your gear refreshed and ready for more miles.

Revelate Designs makes bikepacking gear from high quality materials which will stand up to the use for which they are designed. In standing by this guarantee, we provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner on all products purchased through authorized dealers. If you believe there to be a warranty issue, please submit a request and our team will get back to you shortly.

Missing a buckle, strap, or other part? We’ve got you covered. We can send replacements for a nominal fee—just reach out.

We focus repairs on structural issues that affect performance, rather than purely cosmetic wear.

We can repair gear that’s been customized, but can’t guarantee work involving user-made alterations. Custom modifications aren’t part of our services, but we’ll focus on keeping your gear trail-ready.
